got non-dvi tft should i keep it

i just got sent the non-dvi version of the tft i ordered by mistake i guess.i was wondering if there's much in the difference for web browsing and dvd playback ,i don't do gaming.this is the monitor

19" TFT? Yes, definitely send it back! There's a big difference, especially with 19"

If it was 15" I'd say try it first. You might be able to live with analog VGA at 15"
 
If you can do it for free, then it is definitely worth the hassle.
The 2-D quality of DVI is generally much better, although I do not know about how it is on a Matrox.
