Infections, cysts, pain... Take them out while you are young (assuming you are...)
 
One of these days (probably months-years) I'll get mine taken care of, no pain but I know that I've got some serious problems (and will need serious cash and dental work) to fix.
 
Ugh...the left side of my face is extremely swollen. The info sheet that I got says to expect progressively worse swelling for the first three days though. They must have used a friggin' jackhammer to get those two teeth out.

My whole procedure cost $1000 for four impacted teeth and general anasthetic. How does this compare to other areas of the country?
 
I had all four pulled and as in work at 9am 🙂 no pain killers, however as my mouth was numb from the local, I had to rinse off my keyboard twice 🙂

The wierd part is I had 5 wisdom teeth, one is a microdont....it grew back in just fine though.
