The company will be homestead, which in case you didn't know is a geocities type of place where people are provided with web builder software like Coffeecup or Frontpage or something that will allow them to edit and publish pages on the fly.

So what can I expect with an 8-hour day of dumb computer illiterate people asking?

And no, I'm pretty sure there won't be people asking about how to kill spiders, whether or not I'll kill a spider, whether I know any good exterminators, or anything spider related.

Unless some lowlife from here decides to call in..which makes me wonder if I should post the company name here. But I'm sure none of you guys are that pathetic right?🙂

Great job, wish you the best of luck. I could never do tech support, my brother told me all these stories (was tech support for dell and lexmark). Lots of stupid people.
