Got my silvertone tj06 today

Well i ended up getting the TJ06 simply becuase i got it on sale for half the price of the other case i was considering (Lian Li PC-V1000). I also got a Vantec fan controller with it. I have a few questions though. First is about painting the case's insides. I would like to go ahead and paint it black like the case but i just wanted to know of any odd things that happen when you paint the inside. Like maybe screws not fitting or temps rising or that sort of thing.

Next question is could i put 2 120mm fans on the same channel for the vantec controller? I would like to put both windtunnel fans on the same channel. Last question is how dangerous is it to put the cpu fan on the fan controller? I can see my bumping it and turning the knob and boom there goes my cpu.
 
Painting should be totally safe without changing anything. I wouldn't worry about the cpu fan as long as its still turning and you fix it quickly. I can turn my fan all the way down to almost nothing and have it only raise temps about 5 celsius.
