I ordered a 90 nm.

It doesn't say it on the box or in the papers and just want to be sure. It's the right speed,3500+,but nothing says 90 nm.

Wouldn't they say that on the box?
What numbers on the proccessor should I look for to tell me it's 90 nm?

Also is there any ideal way to put the parts in for a new build?I was thinking: drives, motherboard, processor and heatsink?fan, ram, then pci and agp cards.

Very happy with it all anyways.

What are the markings on the top of the CPU? Also, do the papers say Winchester core? If so, you have a 90nm chip. As for your question about how to put the components in, take a look at mechBgon's guide.

if it says "ADA3500DIK4B" its a 90nm winchester
if it says "ADA3500DEP..." its a 113nm

just look at the chip

What would it say on the box? Or what would the Mfg. Par No. be? I saw a sale in the newspaper for a 3500 for 289.99 and the Mfg. Part No. is ADA3500AWBOX. Would that be a winchester core? Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

No, it is 130nm. AK, AP, AR, AS, AT, AX, AW are all 130nm revisions. BI is currently the only 90nm rev.

edit:
"What would it say on the box?"

The back of the packaging is clear plastic and you can see the actual cpu where the product codes are printed.
