Got my new A64 2800+ / NForce3-250 up and running....

I've only had overclocking exp. with AXP's and the Bios overclock settings on this are different...

Should I flash the bios, and if so, where can I find a good modded bios?

Also, can anyone point me to a guide for oc'ing this system?

I've got 2 256mb sticks of PC-2100 ram in it just for now....and both sticks seemed to overclock fine on my old ECS board w/ AXP 1500+. Will these be okay for OC'ing this A64?

What else would you guys recommend necessary before I start screwing with it? New HSF or will the stock work okay?

PC2100 may even be starving your A64 at stock speeds (PC3200 is optimal for stock). When you OC, the stock HSF should handle some moderate stuff, though you'll want to invest in a Zalman or Thermalright if you do more extreme things.

You'll probably find a guide of some sort in the CPU/OCing forum.
