Got my motherboard back up but had questions about bios settings

I tried to reset my CMOS as a troubleshooting tool, but just needed a new PSU. I had a few questions as I input my settings. I could not get a picture before of my bios settings because the pc would not post.

I had a solid state drive. Should I set my SATA config to AHCI or IDE?
