39 is the overall score out of 45 (99.3 - 99.6 Percentile), Q is for the essay section (graded J-T, Q is not that great 71.1-90.9 Percentile)

12V= Verbal Section out of 15 (94.7-98.1 Percentile)
13B = Bio Section out of 15 (95.8-98.7 Percentile)
14P = Physics Section out of 15 (98.9-99.7 Percentile)

Verbal was tough - I think I got a 12 on my practice tests only once out of the 8 or so i took. My highest score was a 37 on the practice tests, and somhow I got a 39 on the real thing. Some of my friends didn't fair too well though, even though they studied their arses off. I guess it just came down to luck.

I'm not too sure yet, but probably Stanford, Wash U., Duke, Harvard, Dartmouth, Cornell, NYU, Columbia, UCSF, UCSD, UMich, UMinn, U of Wash, UMass, Tufts

That's just off the top of my head, but obviously i need more "safety" type schools in there.
