Got my iPod Touch

You need a recent copy of iTunes - if you are on the most recent Touch firmware, you need the latest version of iTunes. Plug in your Touch into your computer with the USB connection, wait for iTunes to load up, and click on your Touch under Devices on the left side. Click on the Info tab, and then under contacts, click Sync contacts and choose Outlook from the dropdown box. The next time you sync, the contacts should transfer over.
