The first time I sent my 3630 in was because it wouldnt turn on. And since it wasn't under warranty it costed me $125. A month and a half later I get it back, bring it home, and it doesnt sync! I call them up and they take it back, 2 weeks later I got it back, it syncs, but now the record button was stuck down, so I had to disable the button, then there is a faded area 1/2inch in diameter on the screen that doesnt go away no matter what screen you are on, and you can of see the spot when the unit is off. And lastly when I flip the switch off for only a second I loose everything on my ROM+RAM.
It really bugs me that after 2months, $125, and 4+hrs on hold I still don't have a working unit! I've been on hold for the last hr waiting for an agent, what should I say this time? Is it reasonable to just ask for a new unit?
