Got my first nosebleed today

Never had a nosebleed before. I was just about to get off my campus bus to go to my car when I felt my nose running. When I got off I wiped my nose with my left hand and saw blood. Bled for about 5 minutes , totally destroyed a shirt of mine and my hand looked like I just killed someone. While I was standing beside my car a pretty gigantic drop went on a car beside me, I wiped it off but didn't have any water or anything so there was a smudge of blood.

Will that destroy the paint or anything? Also, I Google'd but random nosebleed was odd for me, I wasn't blowing my nose, no meds, no nothing. Now I'm scared I have cancer

It happens, especially if the air is really dry.
