Is that fanless? Not seen it before, looks classy.

That statement implies that Newegg has all parts in all warehouses, I would not make that assumption.

That statement actually proves that newegg doesn't have the same parts in warehouses on both coasts :)

And the Mega Shadow comes fanless but you have to add a single or dual fans to it.

then how did they "fuck up" :awe:

I assumed my order would be coming from New Joisey like my other orders have so i selected UPS ground. UPS ground when shipped from joisey takes 1 day to get to Pennsylvania. After placing my order it shipped some of my parts from Joisey and the other from Cali. If i had known they were going to get shipped from cali i would have used upgraded shipping.

Yea they just boned me the same way. I ordered a laptop backpack and an MCR360 swiftech rad on Friday with rush processing hoping to have it monday morning from their Cali wearhouse. Turns out it wasn't in until Monday and it's shiping from jersey wearhouse instead. I would have upgraded the shiping for $5 or ordered from frozencpu if it was gonna taken them this long. Newegg is off it's game right now it seems

Yep, Newegg is starting to suck. I recently ordered some PCI-e network cards, they were shipped in blister packs inside of a mailing envelope. Both packs were smashed on one side, luckily the cards were undamaged.

A few weeks before that, I ordered a stack of parts and they arrived over a period of 3 days instead of all at once like they used to.

OP - isn't the EVGA FTW a little overkill for a i3 CPU? You could build a 1366 rig for about the same price. I don't mean to troll, just curious (maybe you just want to be different, IDK). :)

Personally, I think it's a little odd to have a "extreme" version of a mainstream chipset (P55) when a enthusiast chipset already exists (X58). Your CPU was less than half what you paid for the MB!!

I think a mega shadow is overkill for this cool running process, might as well save it for a hot oven i7 900s.

I ordered the FTW because it's one of the best overclocking boards on the market today plus i just love EVGA's MB scheme for it. Is it overkill? Yeah but it's only money. :)

I could have went with a 1366 but it's overkill for what i do everyday besides i wanted to play around with the clarkdale's.

i always wait until the second or third stepping... 5 ghz at <1.30 or no deal. at least you're in a position to drop an i7 in whenever you want.
