They service rep just called me back and sounded like he was about to cry. I left a message as I said above with strong concern in my voice. He said he wants me to bring in my car tomorrow and at the very least they will fix everything that is wrong with the car. He will be sitting down with his superiors later. He also told me that the store manager called a department meeting about the voicemail that I left and said that at the very least activity like this would lead to the termination of a job. Suggestions on what I say tomorrow? Do I go in there with my arms all up in a fuss and yelling, threaten to sue/go to the news? Or do I go calmly in there (even thought they put my life at risk by my wheel almost falling off) and take whatever they give me without question?
