2003 Kawasaki ZR7S. Simple 750cc inline 4 carbed. Got it pretty cheap.

Plastics are in good nick, unusual amount of wear n tear around the crankcase cover (haven't seen that too often). But then again, it does have 35k on the clock.

But most important, mechanically in good shape. Doesn't need anything for a long long time.

Damn. If I weren't so damned fat and sloppy looking, I wouldn't mind trying my hands on a bike. I never realized they were so cheap. I'd just look dumb on one.

Nice looking bike, sounds like you got a great deal. No mud flap and the yellow and black go great together.

Initial ride impressions:

Pros - very linear power band, comfortable riding position and seat (could ride it for hours at a stretch, stopping only to answer natures call), very easy turn in

Cons - tires take forever to heat up (can get a bit hairy when cold), only 5 speed (definitely buzzy cruising at 70 cos the engine is constantly on the boil)

Checked the tire pressure this morning and found both the front and rear were about 6-8 psi less than recommended (cold). Filled em up and took her for a spin - found that the initial hairiness when cold has gone. Felt much more comfortable through the turns.
