EDIT
Go it, he was able to do it from the SCSI options.
I read the FAQ and I think I understand this but I want to be sure since I am passing this on to my brother.
He has XP Pro on his SCSI machine and wants to format the hdd, add new components, then do a fresh install. He is doing a mobo/video card/cpu upgrade. I think he is using NTFS. To reformat, he uses a boot disk form 98, goes to the prompt and does a normal format. Is this correct?
