The 700m only support 400MHz FSB. According to this page: http://www.intel.com/products/...er/chart/pentium_m.htm
the fastest possible is Pentium-M 765, 90 nm, 2 MB L2, 2.10 GHz, 400 MHz

I have the same laptop except 725 @ 1.6GHz instead. It's replaced by the XPS M1330. Once I have XP SP3 integrated, it'll be on craigslist.

Yup, it's got 855 chipset which only supports 400mhz fsb so no pin mod for you.
