as the title suggest I lost my A40 software cd and need to install it on my fathers computer. Without the CD I can't see how to install it. Since the newer updates to it NEED the orginal software.

I even looked around Canon's site and it said they do not have the full version aviable for download but i can purchase it! bah!

So anyone have any ideas?

i once found the software on some obscure website. but gimme some time and i can maybe give you an iso or nrg or install setup.

what pieces do you need?

what about using just a card reader? they cost about $10 at electronics stores, or cheaper when they are on sale.

the zoombrowser software. I can download the newer stuff but it will not install without version 1 or 2. wich are only on the cd.
