I just got hit with the customs fees when I received RAM from a guy in the US. He marked it as a "Gift" with a value of 20.00. I've received stuff before no problem, but this has me a little pissed off.
Is 20.00 too much, and they charge customs on it? They didn't open the box or anything to verify what was in there. I was under the impression any gift with a low value will NOT be charged customs. Can someone explain this to me?
