Got everything for a new compter, but mobo/Which motherboard to get???

Hi, I've been browsing through this forums for 2 days, but can't decide which mobo to take.
Please point me to the right direction.

Here is what I have:
Opteron 146 939 OEM - Arriving tomorrow
Thermaltake K450 for cooling here
2GB ddr500 of OCZ ram here
XFX 7900GT Extreme edition pci-e
2X160GB Seagate SATA2 HDDs
Decent case with decent 500w psu
nec 3540a

The only thing I'm missing is motherboard. As You probably figured - I'm planning to overclock as much as I can.
I was thinking of MSE k8n neo4/platinum - what's the difference BTW????
or Abit KN8, but as I've read people are having problems with these.

I'm confused.

I'm sure that there are people having problems with the MSI too, I don't think that there is a board that someone won't report a problem with - afaik the KN8 is a solid board.
Newgg were having a special on the AN8 SLI for $95 after MIR which may be worth a look.
