I just stumbled across this yesterday. Musicbrainz Is a good community based music tagger / renamer. It works on a database of song fingerprints, you scan your music files, it checks them against the database, and identifies them; if it can't ident it, you can search for it and add to the database yourself. I found it similar to Moodlogic except that A. it actually works, and B. its free. Plus, the tagger is open source!
I found out of about 500 songs I tried to ID yesterday, it found about 300 of them. Not bad, and fixing the rest were fairly easy once you get the hang of it.
