Got charged for failed purchase on PSN

I was trying to buy DMC4 SE using my CC which failed for some reason. I tried multiple times which failed and now I got two messages from my bank that I spent 0.38 AED on PSN. What could be the issue?

It could just be a temporary hold to verify the card?
