true, but I'd like to just say that while i may blaze a couple times a day,its always in the privacy of my home or a friends home, i don't blaze in public (well except the freeway 😀) but anyway, i just trying to prove that if your responsible about it, you're ok.

I've been caught before with 40grams on me (~1.5oz street value ~$470) and if you remain calm and explain to the officer that your just toking at home to help you sleep etc he let me get out. then again i also have been taking care of that officer for years at the restaurant i work at.

anyway im probably rambling alot, but thats cause im stoned and i talk alot.

i'd also like to point out that all my physicians, psychologist/ general doctor and also my stomach doctor [IBS] all know i toke and my stomach doctor firmly believes in using medicinally when my stomach is acting up.

I once got pulled over while in the car with my friend stoned as hell with a bong sitting in my lap. I got questioned by 2 cops while sitting their with a bong up my pant leg because i had no where else to hide it. You need to work on your cover up or bolt inside next time.

Well if you want to live your life afraid of something you can't od on, is all natural and has been proven to have many medicinal purposes, then that is your choice but it seems rather silly. I never did drugs in high school because all the stoners in my school were such idiots i thought pot made you stupid. Then i met people that were smart that smoked weed and I realized that those kids were just born stupid. It had nothing to do with weed, stupid people when they are high, are still stupid people. They are just less violent, and more prone to snacking.

Lawyer up and next time don't be such a dumbass about where you smoke. My roommate in college smoked all the time and only got caught because a cop saw him walk across a street with a beer and he couldn't find the weed in his pocket in time to stash it. Never roll around with more than you can't eat like say a joint or a GB's worth that's not in some giant plastic bag unless you have the wisdom to keep it discrete. Hopefully, you will have a good lawyer and he will get you into one of those shitty programs similar to AA for 6 months or a year then get your charges dismissed if you pass all your drug tests.

All schools take possession of illegal substances on campus as a serious offense. That includes booze too if you are in a dry country/your campus is dry.

If he lives in the dorms, he is most certainly getting kicked out. Beyond that it will depend on how strict his schools student code of conduct is.

UPDATE:
A few weeks ago, my friend who "took the blame" got contacted by the courthouse/police and went and got a mugshot and scheduled a court date
Then me and my friend got contacted by our school's Judicial Affairs
I made a meeting with them and they asked me about the day and I told a story

Then I got the punishment:
I have to write an essay about what I learned from the experience
I got a disciplinary warning (no probation, even)

I hope my other friend doesn't get in too much law trouble, though.. we'll just wait and see

I hope you're not talking about just being high on pot. If you really were in a level 5 trip, you couldnt even compose yourself to sit in a chair, let alone post. Level 5 is out of body, the world as you know it no longer exists.
