I don't know what to do. I do like the idea of multitasking but I'm also a cheap bastard who wants to spend the least and get the most...
The Opterons are a great price right now but I suppose future Opteron upgrades will be pricy(new motherboard, new processors, etc) Am I right in assuming this?
Which bundle would you think suits me best? I don't really do anything cpu intensive except for gaming and thats about it. I may take up 3d modeling, encoding sometime in the future. I know I will eventually upgrade to dual core sometime in the future and so perhaps the 3200+ is best/most cost effective for me? I like the idea of being able to play games and burn cds/dvds without having my gaming effected too much. Would single core slow me down or is dual core opteron the way to go?
