Got bad gas, ruined fuel pump - any other damage?

2004 Acura TL 340k miles 6 speed manual

My car didn't want to start and hardly ran about 30 miles after getting a full tank of gas. If asking more than 1/4 throttle the car would act fuel starved and bog down with little to no power. Then the next day it just wouldn't start. The shop couldn't figure it out because fuel pressure was good along with spark and compression. The ECM was reading very lean though so the next step was replacing fuel pump.

Once they got in there and looking at the fuel it was about 50% water. They put it in a jar and it separated. After draining gas and replacing fuel pump it's running strong.

What else could be damaged from this? I intend to get reimbursed for the 1000 dollars of repair, car rental, tow, etc their gas caused. I've got plenty of proof where I bought the gas and that it was indeed a full tank purchased. I'm sure they'll deny it and I'll probably have to do small claims.
 
I'd run a compression and leak down test to be safe. I would also argue there might have been some harm done to the injectors that may not show right away.

Thanks. I want to be sure all damages are accounted for.

This is going to be a pain recovering the cost of all this.
 
damage injectors? Seriously?

fresh gas and some heet or similar type of additive and everything will be fine.
 
How would water damage your fuel pump? The car didn't start because of the water, but the fuel pump should be totally fine.
