Got arrested over the weekend

Dunno, but on your first day in the joint kicks someone's ass or you are going to be someone's bitch.
 
I recommend the electric chair.

IANAL but have known people in your situation. Depending on the state, probably $150 - $400 and 5 - 20 hours community service.

we had a party outside and the neighbors called the cops like 4 times. nothing big, but we were quite drunk and became a bit beligerant... hence the arrest

must've been a sweeet weekend...

im assuming youre over 21 (no MIP), you'll probably get slapped on the wrist and pay couple hundred dollar fine + court fees. If you get a lawyer (student services etc. ) he will most likely help you from community service

What do you expect, you moron? Those are state-governed offenses. The consequences for what you were arrested for may vary state to state. Besides, nobody here is a judge in your state. Just STFU and find out from your state government.

You'll get a slap on the wrist. i've had worse and got less than what LeadMagnet said.

But alot depends on the judge, if you're really worried about it then call a lawyer and see what they say.
