So, two high school students in North Carolina...

Sorry, meant a teacher having sex with a high school student. Edited the OP to reflect this.

Sorry, but two consenting ADULTS (as is the case here) should have the right to have sex if they wish regardless of whether one is a teacher and the other is a student. That law is bullsh!t.

No need to be sorry. I agree with you.

I don't get it? What are the charges for? They are not even in the same school, and they are both of consenting age, unless it is 21 in that state, then I see the point.

I'd pee in her butt.......

what does the teacher that was soliciting murder that I heard about on the news look like?

Doesn't matter, doesn't matter, doesn't matter. According to NC law.

SHe is in a postion of power of the student. just like I could get fired for having sex with one of my employees teachers should not be having sex with the students. Not sure if it should be a legal issue.

There are also laws that Doctors cannot have sex with there patients.

damn she's a hottie. best one so far.

however, even if she's in a "position of power"... she shouldn't be criminally charged. Loss of job, ok. Prison? no.

she is only 22... he is 19, not a huge age difference, but how stupid can she be? she should have known better.
