got an RMA DVD+R media w/ NE approved. question. pls. help

got some ridata dvd+r 4x 100pk (drd+474-rdcb100) RICOHJPNR01-02h. i burnt prolly 2/10+ w/ good kprobe pi/po. but the rest just wont have it. i emailed NE about it, but i think they gave me a generic email answer. so i'm thinking of replying back w/ a couple of those kprobe scans.

i'm just wondering if anyone has done this in the past/present. if so, please let me know your experience etc etc. TIA
 
used both gsc2, and the new 451s@832s vs08.

w/ either fw, i got great scans on the ridata 4x dvd+r 50pk w/ a red plastic.
 
what's the media code on those..you probably got a bad spindle..the spindle I have the top 2 had visible imperfections and invalid block addressed me..but the rest are doing nicely(18 done..🙂)..gl on your RMA 🙂
 
just got approved for RMA by NE... in their email they state the following

Please also note that you will be deducted for any missing part or accessory (i.e. cables, manual, driver disc, etc.).
You must return the item in its entirety. Whatever you originally received in your order is what must be returned to NewEgg.com.

i told them beforehand that i have burnt 18 dvds, and only 3 were readable. so in total, there is only 82 out of the 100. i pretty much just tossed the other 15 discs in the trash as they are unreadable and tested horribly in kprobe (before RMA). what should i do, as there are only 14-days for this RMA? please advise.
