- Anything by Madonna, she rules ( best include express yourself, Into the Groove, Vogue)
- Fallen by Evanescence(the whole album rules)

I find Techno is good for both jogging and weights

A couple suggestions:
Ladytron--Turn it on
Prodigy--Mine Fields

That's a great song for workouts (and probably his best overall).

Edit: If you like metal, Rammstein--Links 2 3 4

actually, i'm just going to use allofmp3, it's too slow through kazaa, not to mentioned most of the songs are corrupted.

Techno for the gym.

Lately I've got live mixes off the sound boards of some partys from last year. Super melodic, sometimes a little cheesey, but it gets the job done. George Acosta and DJ Tiesto are a couple of the guys I'm listening to lately. I hear the new Perfecto Presents Sandra Colins double CD set that just came out and it's pretty sick too.

Anything that keeps you moving and makes you space out. :)

Most of the Essentials Mixes from Radio 1 are great too if you can find them stateside.

Slipknot - People = Sh!t, Eyeless (sick drum intro), Left Behind, The Heritic Anthem, etc.
Metallica - Dyers Eve, Battery
Korn - It's On
Pantera - Fvcking Hostile, This Love
Stone Sour - Get Inside

etc.

Any of these will do you good. Slipknot is my #1 choice for workouts however because it just never slows down.
