Nice. A guy I know pays $350/month for his spot. Quite the deal in Murray Hill, from what he says. I've never even seen him drive his car.

Yeah, this is only Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Not quite Murray Hill. It used to pay 108% of my maintenance. Necessary building repairs have reduced that to only 84% of my maintenance, which is still pretty nice. Hmm, I wonder if I'm due a raise?:D

Its a hill. ;)

But finding a parking spot around the hill won't be very easy in Boston. You also have to keep in mind that on Beacon Hill the townhouses can cost upward of 3 million so to the owners its not a problem to pay $150,000 for a parking space.

Are these spots in a big parking garage or something? I live out in the sticks so have never even paid for parking before(except for a few trips to the airport)

I am guessing that it is inside a building, on the main street. So you basically drive up and a valet takes it into a super nice secluded spot indoors. I can see very rich people doing it... I mean, is that yearly, or do you own the property? Do you get a deed? Do you get the valet service for life? It would definately be worth it if it were for life...
