Got a WMP600N, what's a better way to go if any?

I get like 50Mbps on my connection with comcast, my friends and family get faster but about 10 miles away. My mac book and laptops connect about the same or slower.

Is there anything better?

I am also planning on upgrading and may not have PCI slots on my next motherboard to cover what I need...what's a good PCI-E wireless card?

I just do G and N right now.
