Got a virus called: backdoor.subseven2gld. How do I fix it?

Ok I've just scanned my HD with norton antivirus with the latest updates. It reported I have a virus called backdoor.subseven2gld and it says it affects .exe files mainly and was infecting only one file called msrexe.exe. Norton won't autiomatically fix it so I was wondering if there is a way to fix it manually? Thanks.
 
Well I quarenteened the file that was infected. It seems to have helped. I am going to kill my brothers, this is like the 7th time one of them has downloaded a virus in an email attatchment :|.
