Got a used Pickup truck for my beater

My Aunt gave me a used pickup truck to daily drive, but she filled out the buyers section instead of the sellers section. Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this?

I will be going to dmv tomorrow but I just wanted to be preapared and give my Auntie the heads up since she lives hundreds of miles from me.
