Now i have to pay $105 and go thru 4hour of "YAY LET'S WEAR YOUR SEATBELT!" bu!!sh!t.. just because i didnt wait another .5sec at the stop sign..
i got stopped recently for not making a complete stop at a stopsign, but he let me off with a warning.

First of all I'll never start looking left and right on the street I intend to turn on until my car has stopped. That way I'll never notice a break in traffic before stopping and roll through. Unfortunately for the other cvnt drips approaching at 4-way stops they use this opportunity of me stopping to blow through their stop sign. :( I've got nowhere so important to be that the time saved by completely stopping at a stop sign is really going to delay me. The wierd thing is people actually have the balls to honk at me for coming to a complete stop. Even in Alabama.

i don't care how you spell it. it's a little extreme to prove your point.

I got pulled over once by a cop for running a stop sign on a bicycle. No ticket though.

You are supposed to:
[*]stop completely,
[*]wait 2 seconds,
[*]while waiting you look left, right, and then left again for traffic,
[*]then proceed if the path is clear.
I doubt you did any of the above.

Sorry to break it to ya FeuerFrei but a bicycle has to obey the same exact rules as cars. He could have given you a ticket.
