the biggest blower I have ever seen was on my friend's outlaw pro-stock challenger. He put a 14-71 blower on the 500" hemi. He left a 5000 rpm rev limit chip in when he fired that thing up. A soon as he blipped the throttle the engine revved and sputtered horribly. Switching out the chip for 8000 rpm allowed the hemi to sing. That thing was loud as hell but so cool sounding.

The downside was my friend was an idiot and did this in his old neighbourhood. The police showed up about a half hour later and I left just as they got near his house.
