I got a speeding ticket for goin 57 in a 35, i gave the cop my driver licence and change of adress card, and he put down my old address on the ticket, I remember reading somewhere that a ticket with the incorect info will get dismised, is that true?

Tell the judge you demand that it be dismissed because of the lack of attention paid by the officer.

If he put down one of the two addresses you gave him I can't see that it really matters.

If he was putting something totally off the wall in there, then you might have something

Either way, you know you were speeding. Quit being a douche.

You're lucky you even have your license, dumbass. In some states that's enough over the limit for them to take your license away.

you know this just might work! since the officer is obviously not qualified to do his job since you can't read the license! you should get off!

Also mention you would like to have the officer suspended until he can learn to pay attention!

Exactly. You broke the law and the officer making a mistake on information not relevant to the law you broke will NOT change anything.

Stop whining, you deserve a ticket so pay it and shut the hell up. Grow up and accept fault for your actions.

The only time people ask this question is when they don't have the money to pay for the ticket, in which case you shouldn't have been making a gamble you can't pay for.
