Got a rebate letter for Circuit City and I don't know what it is for??

I got a letter from circuit city about a rebate I need to send in a receipt for and I dont know what it is for. IT says file number #20004101433 Program #9228. Anyone know anything???

take it to Circuit City and get them to look up the #'s---sounds like a transaction number.
