Got a question from buyer about Satellite location id....can I provide too much info

A prospective buyer wanted to know this info about a Dish Network receiver I am selling.

Does anyone know if providing account numbers, card numbers, location id numbers, etc....can cause a satellite card to be "cloned"? I don't want to give out information that may invalidate what I am trying to sell.

Would providing this info be akin to putting out a windows "license code" or a gaming software's "CD-Key"?

I don't know anything about this personally, but many Ebayers put the unit's serial number and the card number on Ebay so prospective buyers can call and verify there's no outstanding balance on the account.
