On my site, if you go to say a directory in the site (ex: /staff) it wont come up on anyone's computer because it links to my local network instead of out on my public IP.....

Do i need to open up more ports or what?

make sure you have some sort of http server running on the PC you're linking the dir to. Make sure your firewall, if you have one, allows http (port 80) traffic to the PC you linked the dir to. Also, make sure you have a default document specified in the http server for that dir. If I can help further PM me.
