Demon Souls
3D Dot Game Heroes

$26 total for those 3

Uncharted 1 and 2 (bundled with controller for $60)

I'm excited. Now I just want the time to play them :hmm:

I lost about $150 after purchasing PS3 + wheel exclusively for Gran Turismo 5. Had a few other games too - GTA4, SSFIV, LBP, Then when it came out I was so freaking disappointed. So much promise and hope, but so few actually good games to play. Add the PSN hack + months of downtime - goodbye. I played my Wii more TBH. I just did not like anything I tried on PS3. Probably a personal thing, but at least one other person agrees.

nah, ps3 has much better single player experiences than 360. it's definitely worth it for that. i've actually been playing my ps3 a lot more recently with uncharted 3 and ratchet and clank: all 4 one. im thinknig of picking up the sly cooper collection after or possibly the ico/sotc collection, since i missed most of those on ps2.
 
I got a PS3 too!! Now I don't have to compete with my kids for time on their 360. Lol

I grabbed God of War 3, Batman Arkham City and Demons Souls. Demons souls was why I wanted a PS3 in the first place. I have put about 5 hrs into it so far and haven't touched the other games I got 🙂
 
I bought a PS3 for the single player experience; many of my multiplayer games are on PC. JRPGs, Uncharted, Infamous, Demon Souls, and those awesome HD bundles they keep bringing out, not to mention FFX HD they're working on (oh man, there goes my vacation days), and I'm very happy with the purchase. Plus, I finally have a BluRay player 🙂

It's funny because FFXII had amazing textures and colors limited by the PS2.

Also the already 3d Graphics and environments would be easy to port over, sprites and pre rendered BG, not so much.
