So I drove from Seattle to Vancouver BC recently, and got a parking ticket for parking too close to the curb, $30 canadian dollars. My Washington State license plate is on the ticket, but for Province they put BC instead of WA or US. Does anyone have experience with something like this? If I don't pay it do u think they can track it?

In most cases you'd be fine, but unfortunately I think BC, WA, and OR (and possibly CA) share ticket information.
You should have gotten a ticket in NYC like I did. I wrote it in and said "Yeah, I totally deserved this, the sign was posted but I didn't see it, do I have to pay?" and they saw it was registered in Washington and said "Hell, you'd never pay anyway, we'll let it slide this time."
It was couched in slightly more legalese, though.

My dad got a ticket for driving 60 mph instead of 60 km/h (whoops
). So more than likely they can probabaly track you down...
But dang, those policemen must like risking their lives jumping out in front of you to stop your car, just to give you a ticket for speeding...

Now that you've mentioned it. Does the vehicles in the US have both miles and km scale? Otherwise I'd imagine it'll be a real pain to drive in Canada and keep track of speed??

It depends on the reciprocation laws for your particular state.
I have a stack of outstanding parking tickets in Toronto. Nothing has come of them for the past 8+ years.
Though my friend who eventually immigrated to Canada had the DMV send him a notice that his NYS registration could be suspended due to a complaint about outstanding tickets in Toronto.
Ends up he had roughly $6,000 in parking tickets and Toronto didn't appreciate that too much. So they settled on it. Though it never created any problems in Canada with the law.
Now speeding tickets were different. Toronto sent unpaid tickets to collection and threatened DMV action (though nothing came of that threat).

For the 1st 90 days after purchase, all parts and customer support are covered. After the initial 90-day period up until 1 year after the original purchase date, customer support is billable at a rate of $80/hr, and parts are only shipped if defective.
