It handles fairly well for an SUV, brakes are good and it's comfortable and roomy. It also has a decent CVT...probably the only one I've driven that I actually didn't hate. I'd probably be more critical if it was in a sporty car though, but in an SUV who really gives a crap? My only complaints about it are the large A pillars and there are a few interior rattles.

My '03 Nissan Maxima is in the shop for a CEL. Dealer is covering it under the powertrain warranty and they need my car overnight so they sprung for a loaner. It was really easy since Hertz is right there at the Nissan dealer. This is the only time my car has been in the shop overnight in the 3+ years and 58k miles I've owned it.

I dropped the Maxima off this morning in 42 degree weather and rode my bike in to work from there. I was debating even taking them up on the rental car offer (I could just ride my bike to work tomorrow) but decided what the heck...I'll just ride in Thursday and keep the miles off my car. :p

I've always thought those are kinda cool.

It's dark out...the car is black...and I noticed swirl marks galore when I picked it up. I don't think pics would be very flattering. Oh, and it has beige interior which I absolutely hate in a car...especially one with cloth interior.

I really like the Murano. Of course, I like the FJ Cruiser and Chrysler 300, so what do I know? :)

Meh, I personally don't like them very much. There is almost no steering feel whatsoever and the engine/cvt combo seem very gutless despite its decent acceleration. It does have good seats though but has a plastic-y interior.
