When my girlfriend, who I met at the beginning of the school year, and I broke up, I decided that I needed to get a job. Being that I just turned 18 I had so many more options available, so I applied to Starbucks as a barista and kept on getting shuffled around till I got pissed and quit returning calls. Then I applied at Chiles, and was turned down (people are already fighting over shifts we have), same thing at Bennigans. I had applied to some other places where I basically wanted to meet people, not so much make as much money as just to meet people.
Well today I went down a block and applied at a small, moderately-fancy italian restaurant. I was hired on the spot and I go in tomorrrow! Mad tips, judging from these wine prices. Now I just need to memorize all of them!
