Got a million incoming connection attempts to port 8946

If this is STILL going on now, I'd say someone is trying to attack you. What might be the service running on port 8946 ?

I'll check it out when I get home to see if I'm still getting hacks. I'm not running anything on 8946, only openssh under cygwin on 22, and Tunevine media server.

Make sure nobody was able to compromise your system by getting access through ssh. I usually never have ssh listening on a public IP from the standard port, it prevents 99% of login attempts.
