Around 10 o'clock EST tonight I got a call claiming they had gotten several (what they called) vulgar phone calls from my number, and of course they were ready to come over to my place and basically end my life. I explained that I had not made a call on my phone that entire day. After being called a liar I actually gave the person my cell number, and I even gave them my address in case they wanted to come over and start something. To be on the safe side I called the local sheriff's department to report the incident, giving them my cell phone #, and stating what had happened. The person who called me showed up as a private #, but obviously since this call was placed to my number the authorities could trace the call.
So anyway I let them (the sheriff's department) know that if this person showed up at my place I was going to shoot them. I got a call back from an investigator and promised I would call 911 before I did anything (shoot them and drag them into my house). No one has showed up, and although I may be temporarily disappointed that I didn't get to shoot anyone, that may be a good thing.

Either shens or please voluntarily give your gun to the police before you kill somebody, what is wrong with you?

I work for a company that does firearms training. You would think I would support the right of people to possess guns, but I fucking don't. You should have to pass some extensive testing to be able to carry a gun. To many fucking idiots in this world have no business with that type of power. You got trolled... BIG TIME. There are no shortage of YouTube videos with people calling up to start a fight and threaten a random stranger to elicit return threats and the "irony" of accusing them of the very crime they are committing plays heavily.

You probably played right into it and gave your address while screaming back at the caller to "Do it then! I'm ready for you! Get your ass over here! 555 Myrealstreet Lane, tough guy!"
