ROFL..I just had to work with their call center managers on behalf of some of their customers. It was the worst experience I have ever had trying to work with another business as they are about as bright as a door nail.

which department of the company? i never realized the company was so big untill i interviewed with them. actually never heard of them till they contacted me.

It was with their customer service department. I was trying to reach someone in billing/accounting because of payments not being processed on time when being received by Cendant. Basically, the payment was arriving at their LA payment center and wasn't being processed until 2-3 days later (9 days later in some cases).

So, basically, these customers were getting hit with late charges on their mortgages just because Cendant couldn't process things correctly. Their call center managers refused to put me in touch with someone in those departments to help me research why this was occuring.

I'm pretty sure it was their Buffalo, NY office. That is where their call center is.
