Basically I got an interview at the place i've always wanted to work. (Gallup) Their interview process consists of asking normal interview questions and also throwing in weird questinos to throw you off. One of the things they are looking for is key words. Anybody have a suggestion on how and where to study for this? TIA,

Wing

What do you mean "key words"? Like "I'm a hard worker, efficient, etc"? That's stupid if they look for "key words". Everybody says that stuff about themself to the point that it's meaningless.

Are they specifically looking for "key words" during a face-to-face interview? Or could that perhaps be referring to using a computer/script to scan resumes for "key words", to bump them up and forward them on for futher consideration and review by a human? I know that practice became big a few years ago, and is probably still used. But keywords during a face-to-face... hmm, are they worried that you might actually be a Replicant or something?
