Asian Top Ramen beef steak stir fry: (uber easy)

you need:

left over cooked steak cut in to strips
2-3 packs of cooked top Ramen noodles (with no seasoning mix)
half an onion diced
one stick of scallions diced
3 tbsps of hoisin sauce
2 tbsps of some kind asian hot sauce (I use a garlic chili type)
dash of soy sauce
dash of salt and black pepper

do this:

sautee the onion in a little oil and add in cooked noodles and steak. Stir in hoisin/hot sauce/soy. Top off with scallions.

1. boil ramen
2. add seasonings
3. drain
4. close my eyes, remind myself that it was only $.10 and is all I can afford, and eat as much as possible before the taste of cardboard gets to me

Try rinsing it in cold water after you cook it (save the soup seperately of course). Then put it back into the soup. This will stop it from overcooking... it'll still taste like cardboard, but now with a nice bouncy feel when you chew.

Oh, and try making your own soup if possible.. anything is better than the seasoning packet they give.

After you cook it, drain some of the water
add seasoning packet, since you drained some of the water it becomes less soupy and will have some gooyness to it.
add some sliced stake, or chicken.

good good good!!!

1. grab some tin foil
2. add about half a cup of chicken stock
3. throw in some ginger, green onion, seasoning, and shrimp on top
4. close the tin foil and leave a hole at the top to release steam
5. cook until done

One day when I was in college, I saw my roommate add SALT to ramen noodles that he had already put the flavor packet into. I was like  Then he he was like "what?" when I asked him what the hell he was doing!

Maybe he was making a kidney stone poison to give to his enemies.

2 eggs with a package of ramen noodles. Comes out to about 25 cents a meal, and much much more filling than just the ramen noodles themselves.

Then add Soy Sauce and you have my masterpiece.
