also open a checking account as it will also help with credit
stick with one credit card

oh and don't buy anything that you cant afford like most of us do

Cool, use it, and pay it off immediatly.
Never miss a payment for a year or two.
Buy the things you need every month and pay it right off. Like gas, groceries, etc.
