I don't have them as they are property of NIH now.Frozen pics plese of teeth. Didn't get to see my own extracted wisdom teeth. The doctor threw them away before I could ask that I wanted to see them.

I used to feel for where they were with my tongue. That lasted for months and months. Eventually that went away and if I reach for where they were with my tongue now there's no sense that they were ever there... no craters.Got the other two out today. Minimal soreness. Took about 1 hr 15 mins because of the bottom impacted tooth.

I feel the crater but I don’t really have any withdrawal that if used to be there. The bottom have been causing discomfort since I was a teenager, so I feel relief. Some muscle memory and tenderness. I might feel weird once I eat hard foods again.I used to feel for where they were with my tongue. That lasted for months and months. I’ve gotten fat (relative to my historical weight. I’m now 60kg(132lbs).
I've been doing my best to catch up. 😀 Potatoes, peanut butter, pasta, some white bread. It's really amazing how much appetite increase after a little starch or sugar. Some of it is a little muscle. Been doing some crunches and push ups recently.Damn, you are like 1/2 an average American.
Taxpayers funded my extraction. 😀It's much better to pay someone for that service. It's easy to remove the teeth, but removing the nerve endings are what hurts.

I believe my dentist knew exactly what he was talking about when he advised me to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Mine were 100% fine but he said they'd become problematical as I aged because they are harder to clean and become prone to difficulties. They aren't needed, and if cost isn't the issue, just have them yanked and save yourself trouble down the line. If I ever have kids, I will make sure to give them foods that require work to chew. Helps the teeth and the wallet. Certain raw veggies, meat cooked tough. Wisdom teeth are not an issue if the diet is more reminiscent of pre-agricultural cultures. Although an exception may be made for traditional Cretan food(the authentic Mediterranean diet); they had paximadia, a double-baked bread so hard they dip it in olive oil to soften it up.
Seems like science has finally caught up to what Weston Price noticed almost 90-100 years ago. Although it hasn’t gone mainstream public that kids after better off eating quasi-paleo.![]()
Why We Have So Many Problems with Our Teeth
Our choppers are crowded, crooked and riddled with cavities. It hasn’t always been this waywww.scientificamerican.com
Even if they should be extracted, having them come out straight makes the process less of a problem and cheaper. A well-developed jaw and mouth is also aesthetically pleasing. Kids being fed tough-to-chew veggies and/or meat are also getting nutrients as they develop.I believe my dentist knew exactly what he was talking about when he advised me to have my wisdom teeth extracted.
