Got a Aria for HTPC, Looking at HSF that will fit

I am about to build a HTPC and needed advice on cooling and dvr.

I have a Antec Aria Case with Biostar & Cel. D 346 combo, ATI HD wonder, 512 ram, onboard A/V.

I need recomendations on a quite, low profile HSF ~$20.

BTW What's a Sone? and How does it relate to Decibels?

aria does not have very good ventilation therefore i would suggest picking up the zalman 7000Balcu or all copper version. Its a very nice cooler, will fit under the psu (i know so from personal experience). I think its the biggest cooler you can fit in the aria. With the included speed controller, you can run it at the minimum speed and its really quiet. Only drawback is that its going to cost you around 30 bucks.

The Aria PSU prevents you from using a good heatsink. It needs to go. Here's my Aria setup. Quiet as a pin.....and runs cool.

That's just another way to measure sound ( like a decibel)...used mostly in Europe I think.
